I've been journeying 50 miles each way to the Christie in Manchester sometimes twice weekly for chemotherapy and to say they were outstanding is an understatement. Since Christmas, I've now switched to the Christie in Macclesfield with hopes that they will be just as good as they are only 30 miles from my home.
There was absolutely no need for any concerns as Macclesfield is equally exceptional from the moment I walk through the door to when I leave. I couldn't be treated any better if I were royalty (which I'm not 😂)

Absolutely appalling service we received today. One individual running this store and constantly interrupting the ear piercing of my two year old to attend to customers. Since my child couldn't have the second ear pierced, the first one had to be removed. So now my two year old has endured a distressing ordeal only to have to repeat the process at another store. It makes no sense to pierce an ear only to remove it after we offered to cover all costs for the equipment and services. Disgusting service.
