Visited Zenith today for my initial tattoo removal session! The staff at the entrance were very polite and professional. I was quite nervous about the procedure, unsure about the pain levels or the results, but Dr. Maini was incredibly professional and friendly. He kept me engaged throughout the visit and procedure, which was comforting. I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours.
