I’m finding it hard to comprehend these glowing reviews. I had to assign one star or my comment wouldn't go through, otherwise it would have been zero.
I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours. The service at Punktured is exceptional. Chloe was incredibly kind and patient when piercing my 7-year-old's ears, and she did a fantastic job as there have been no complications or swelling since. I also had booked a navel piercing, but unfortunately, my belly button wasn't suitable. Chloe took the time to explain this to me, was very considerate, and promptly refunded my deposit. Recently, I returned as my daughter lost the earring, and her ear had started to heal slightly, and once again, Chloe was exceptional.
