I have just experienced my first session with Alex at Shepack Beauty and I am already eager for my next visit. Alex is welcoming & personable, highly skilled in her work and the entire session was simply delightful. My nails look exquisite! Yesterday, Beth bestowed upon me a striking wolf cut, undoubtedly the finest haircut I've ever received. Initially, I only intended to trim the ends, but upon expressing my desire for a change, Beth proposed the daring wolf cut. Skeptical at first, I eventually took the leap, and with each snip, I grew more enamoured with the transformation. The team even ventured out to style our hair for my mother's wedding, and we all looked absolutely stunning. Just had the most wonderful experience at The Wax Room. I had my brows waxed and tinted by Jordan today, and it was a refreshing change after not having it done for so long. The advice given before the treatment was top-notch, and the results were amazing. I've been to Hair tec twice and I must say, the chap who runs the salon is top-notch. Incredibly approachable, highly professional, he takes the time to ensure that the hairstyle you desire is achieved. He's also willing to engage in conversations about current events. The salon is clean and conveniently located. On my second visit, my husband also got a haircut and has received compliments on it. The salon owner provides hand sanitiser and face masks upon arrival. The prices are reasonable - £25 for my first visit and £20 for the second, as I opted for a dry cut on a rainy day. I highly recommend this salon. Both my husband and I are extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning for more haircuts.

Angel cut mine & my daughters hair on the weekend she was so lovely & I'm really happy with the results, after a couple of disastrous over priced cuts I was feeling pretty anxious, but now I know I've got a hairdresser who listened to what I wanted & gave good Advice, I will be defo going back

Absolutely fantastic!! Melody did my make up for my recent wedding and she was extremely pleasant and exceptionally skilled. Makeup was a major concern for me as I hardly ever wear it, but right from the beginning, Melody made me feel comfortable.

Inaugural visit to this establishment, nevertheless it was on a referral.
So a trim and highlights on my silver & ebony hair. It has been executed splendidly. Exceptionally content. Also tended to well. Even a massage chair whilst I awaited for highlights to take effect.
