Tara provided excellent care for me, giving me a lovely trim and a hint of colour to rejuvenate my look.
Tara sat down with me to discuss my preferences. It was a relatively simple update, but after sporting grown-out balayage for months, I was eagerly anticipating the change.

The nail structure was executed perfectly by the first technician, who was very mindful in ensuring I was satisfied with the progress at each stage. The design was beautifully done by another technician, who also ensured my happiness in the same manner. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, which was exactly as I desired. I would not hesitate to revisit this establishment. Absolutely dreadful experience! I've had the same style and colour nails for over 7 years without any issues until now. I had them done less than 48 hours ago and woke up the next morning with one missing. I went back to have it fixed, only to wake up the following morning with another one gone. They tried to charge me for repairs, despite my explanation that they were too thin. They attempted to send me out with one nail repaired, three times the size of the others, and still charged me. I will not be returning.
