Absolutely loved my second session of Micro-needling. The warm welcome and informative chat with Jen about the procedure and my overall well-being set a comfortable tone. Jen made sure I hadn't used any face products for a few days before numbing me up, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The treatment itself was carried out expertly by Jen, with a calming touch as the pen glided over my face and neck, followed by a soothing mask. Though my face was a bit red post-treatment, the incredible results in the days that followed were worth it. I was advised to use the provided balm for the next few days, which I found beneficial. My skin now feels firmer, more vibrant, and smoother. While primarily catering to women, Emma also provides services for men. I gave this place a chance twice, but on both occasions, I was underwhelmed. My manicure barely lasted two days before it looked messy, and my feet were left sore from the rough treatment with a razor that caused skin to be cut off. They prioritize speed over quality. I took my 9-year-old daughter for a treat, and I could have done a better job at home. Just because the client is a child doesn't justify a subpar job.
