I love this place, I was just passing through for a day in Birmingham, I risked asking Monday for Tuesday to have a date via Instagram, the gentlemen answered me immediately, I had my eyebrows threaded and Hollywood waxed with Jack, I couldn't have had a better time😂😂 seriously, He's amazing!! Super nice, he gave me gorgeous eyebrows, no harm done with the waxing, and he is a lovely person, he made me feel like I was his lifelong client. I certainly plan to return again. I met Charlie for the first time last week for a cut and colour. I relocated to Birmingham almost a year ago and have been journeying 3 and 1/2 hours to my former home town for haircuts as I was so anxious about changing hair stylist. I underwent a significant change of style and I absolutely adore it, and the colour, it is superb. Just what I desired. Charlie doesn't push hair products, they encourage you to use up what you have at home before purchasing anything new. The salon is delightful and they have Grazia and Hello- who wants to read lengthy articles, I just want to look at the photos. A genuinely calming experience. And Charlie is absolutely delightful. Popped in to get my makeup done after a different salon did my hair. My hair fell flat within thirty minutes, but Kasia kindly squeezed me in between appointments to fix it (despite being fully booked). She truly saved the day for me! It was for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. The service was incredibly professional! My curls held up all day, all night, and even the next day 😍

Sophie (ladies tailor) is INCREDIBLE. I reside in Manchester but have struggled to find a tailor who meets my expectations after trying several. It speaks volumes that I wait to see Sophie (my aunt resides in Birmingham so I try to book when I visit) because she's the only one for me now! Additionally, her rates are very fair.
