What a terrible ordeal! I went in for a simple nail repair and pedicure, but the technician ended up removing all my nails without repairing them as requested. To make matters worse, he made my nails shorter. When I pointed out the mistake, he became defensive. Despite explaining my initial request and having my nails filed down, he claimed they were too short for the design I wanted. The painting job was sloppy due to a thick gel base he applied without smoothing out my nails, resulting in a bumpy finish. When I advised him to file before painting, he blamed my fingers and refused to correct it. Frustrated by his unprofessionalism, I left mid-service. I got a French manicure done at this nail salon and I am absolutely in love with how they turned out. I can't stop staring at my nails and I even took a photo to show them off.
