Booked a pedicure for two people three weeks ago. Arrived only to be told by the lady that she had accidentally deleted the appointment without informing us it was cancelled. I had taken time off work and spent money on train fare to get to Saltaire, so I ended up losing out financially. She mentioned that this had happened before, with appointments being deleted without customers' knowledge. She did offer a future appointment at half price, but there were limited slots available, and I don't visit Saltaire often. I understand that mistakes can occur, but I would have appreciated being informed about the cancellation of my appointment.

I felt so at ease after the initial consultation I just had to go for it! I'm so delighted I did, Soraya is so well-informed about the hair removal process and very approachable and friendly. I'm relishing the experience thus far and hair growth has been extremely minimal for me I'm so thrilled with the outcomes!! 10/10 for professionalism, customer service and customer contentment!
