**Five star service from start to finish. The staff were all super friendly and made sure to check in on me for drinks and comfort regularly. My stylist, Luke, was so charming and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me results far surpassing my expectations. I am in LOVE with my new hair. Such a big change and it is exactly what I needed. I've visited this salon twice for a hair colouring, and both times have been disappointing. The results were so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When the bleach wasn't left on for the usual duration and the entire process only took 1.5 to 2 hours for my long, thick hair, I should have been wary. Paying £160 to walk around feeling self-conscious with visible lines where the colour starts and stops is unacceptable. The stylist's struggles during the process were not encountered by a less experienced stylist I had at uni. I cannot praise this delightful hidden treasure of a salon on Oxford Street enough.
Upon returning to Manchester recently, I struggled to find a salon offering eyebrow shaping for under £10. I was overjoyed to stumble upon this establishment. The moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. I have indulged in a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow shaping and tinting (the latter on multiple occasions) and I have nothing but praise. My most recent manicure left me so pleased that I have been flaunting it to everyone I meet.
Furthermore, the staff are all incredibly kind and amiable. I have received treatments from both Charlie and Alex and it feels as though I have known them for ages.
