I've visited this salon twice for a hair colouring, and both times have been disappointing. The results were so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When the bleach wasn't left on for the usual duration and the entire process only took 1.5 to 2 hours for my long, thick hair, I should have been wary. Paying £160 to walk around feeling self-conscious with visible lines where the colour starts and stops is unacceptable. The stylist's struggles during the process were not encountered by a less experienced stylist I had at uni. Upon returning to Manchester recently, I struggled to find a salon offering eyebrow shaping for under £10. I was overjoyed to stumble upon this establishment. The moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. I have indulged in a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow shaping and tinting (the latter on multiple occasions) and I have nothing but praise. My most recent manicure left me so pleased that I have been flaunting it to everyone I meet.
Furthermore, the staff are all incredibly kind and amiable. I have received treatments from both Charlie and Alex and it feels as though I have known them for ages.
