Poor communication as workers leave clients mid-service without explanation, causing frustration. Witnessing many dissatisfied clients today is disheartening. Moreover, staff conversing in their language about customers, evident through their actions, is unprofessional and chaotic. The staff's expressions are always sour and seem like they don't want to be there. The customer service is abysmal. They never answer phone calls, and on many occasions, when they do pick up, they remain silent and then hang up, leaving the line engaged so you can't call back. They never provide all my medication at once; I always have to return. I have visited this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I feel that the quality of the experience has declined. I recently visited for my birthday, and the spa was disappointingly cold. Despite the spa having just opened, it should have reached the standard temperature within a couple of hours. In the past, they usually offered fruit and tea, but this was missing during my recent visits. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to me, which detracted from the relaxation aspect.
