Myself and daughter took my 2 Grandchildren to it's not just a hair cut. My one grandson is really nervous about hair cut.. But Julie made him feel relaxed as much as possible. What a wonderful salon clean well organised toys to play with.. Reward scheme for hair cuts. We will definitely be taking the 2 boys back. For my first ear piercing, I visited Sapphire Stud and had a fantastic experience. I called ahead with some questions and expressed my nerves, but the staff were incredibly patient and reassuring. When I went in for the piercing, the lady who helped me was kind and welcoming, and the studio was impeccably clean. The prices were reasonable too! My mate & I visited this salon for a gel nail treatment. The team were delightful & quite talkative - but when I opted for glitter on my ring finger, I was charged an extra £7.00 just for that!
The total cost of my manicure was £42. I didn't kick up a fuss as it was a treat & headed home. By the second day, three of my nails fell off and then all came off within 3-4 days. I got in touch with my mate & she had the same issue.
I returned to the salon to be informed that shellac only lasts around a week! But 2 days isn't a week. I had my nails redone with regular nail polish but no refund was given, even when I suggested it.
So a basic manicure with regular polish cost me £42! Awful customer service.

Extremely pleased with Simone's service for my tattoo removal. Always professional and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. It does take time to completely fade, but each session has shown great results. I would gladly recommend. I have been visiting this place for years, but this time I was really disappointed. When I got home and took a closer look, I was shocked. These nails are the worst I've ever seen. The shape is all off - uneven in length, width, and thickness. The paint job is sloppy, shaky, and starting to bubble. They even tried to charge me £35, which is way more than their usual price.
