I have been visiting Alex for a few months now after recently relocating to the area and needing a new therapist for my waxing needs. From my initial appointment, Alex has been exceptional, making booking a breeze and ensuring a stress-free experience. The treatment room is impeccably clean and tranquil, and Alex is warm and inviting. I've had some of my best waxes with Alex and have already scheduled new treatments. The range of services offered is extensive and affordable, and it's a delight to have found someone who can provide everything in one spot, eliminating the need to visit multiple beauty salons. 5 stars (more of I could). Alex is a a lovely bloke, makes me feel very relaxed and is also very welcoming. He has done my lash extensions, nails and brows in the past and he did an excellent job each time. Loved the end result and definitely made me feel more confident. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be booking in again soon!

Had my eyebrow waxing done, it turned out fantastic, it was a swift and efficient service. I've been a patron of Brow Bar for a few months now and it's been excellent; highly recommend it for eyebrow grooming. Under no circumstances should you book with Charlie Dawson. Absolutely appalling customer service and only considers her own schedule without regard for the fact that others also lead busy lives. She read and ignored 2 of my messages which were sent a day apart, all to avoid carrying out a patch test and thereby keeping my deposit. If someone has time to read your messages, they have time to reply. She did offer to extend her hours until 6 one day (although she shifted the blame onto me by saying “I could go out of my way to stay open”). I did, and no one was there. A waste of time, fuel, and still didn't receive my deposit back. Upon arriving for my spa appointment, I was pleased to find ample parking available. However, the experience quickly soured when I was informed that I needed to hire towels and a robe, despite only booking a massage. The receptionist was quite rude and dismissive when I questioned this requirement. There was also confusion regarding my appointment time, with the staff insisting it was different from what I had booked. The relaxation room was not very comfortable, with worn-out loungers. The massage itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by the lack of professionalism and focus on sales rather than customer satisfaction.
