In search of a waxing spot, my quest did end, Booking with Evie was a breeze, she did bend. Attentive to my needs, she did cater, Thrilled with my facial and waxing, nothing could be greater.

I'm a regular here, mainly for Seamus. He is incredibly skilled and always follows my requests. Very courteous and consistently suggests and adjusts.

Trust only Dawn with my hair. Warm and welcoming, she has a homely vibe. Post-visit, I feel fantastic. Her choice of hair products always suits our hair type during wash and cut, with a delightful scent. She prioritises hair health, making her the only choice for me. Her scissor skills are amazing, highly recommend her. Thank you xx

They don’t deserve a single star. Had my nails done with French tips. The French tip chipped off within a day of getting a fresh set. Went back and asked for the French tip to be removed, but was informed that no refund would be given. I paid extra for the French tip ... all I wanted was a refund for the additional cost as it chipped off. Honestly, this salon is a joke, and the staff are incredibly impolite. They can't even do French tips properly ... and they switch technicians during the service. It's absurd to have three nail techs working on one set. I will never return here even if all the sets were priced at £5. This salon will never have my business again.

I journey over an hour each time I come to this studio. I take TWO TRAINS just to have a specific artist (Clara). I always felt at ease with her and thought she was exceptional. However, today I received the worst customer service ever. My appointment was scheduled for two o'clock but I wasn't attended to until nearly 3 o'clock. I remained patient and calm. Then, a man (another artist, very rude individual) abruptly entered the room while I was getting tattooed (which was highly inappropriate as I could have been undressed!!). He interfered and instructed the artist working on me to do something different (which was not what I requested). How dare you rudely imply that I shouldn't get a tattoo if I'm unsure, as if I were a child or had travelled for no reason. I left the studio and returned after having a breakdown and crying. I gave the tattoo artist another chance by returning, only to be told she didn't want to continue due to time constraints. Time...? You were already late to begin with!! After I returned, you consulted the same man who upset me and then decided you didn't want to tattoo me. I had planned to get 6 more tattoos done here over the next few months, as well as 2 piercings. BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN! I am deeply disappointed, Clara. You should have firmly told the other man not to intervene and should have spoken to me with respect!! It's such a shame, you're the same person who wasted my time by printing designs too large when I had already specified the size I wanted. You printed three different designs and applied stencils four times, only to remove them because you struggled with positioning the lips. How is that my fault? If I'm paying for a tattoo, it should be done the way I want. Clearly, you didn't want to tattoo me from the start due to the positioning challenges, as at one point you even suggested, "just do the music symbols and come back another time," to which I refused. I wanted everything done perfectly and on the same day! If you lack patience, you shouldn't be a tattoo artist. A day that was already bad for me was made worse by you all. I came to get inked to boost my spirits, not to end up in tears!!

I stumbled upon a fantastic salon for women in West Drayton near the station. The owner is incredibly helpful and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. I highly recommend this place for all your monthly grooming needs.
