Trish is an absolutely charming individual with a generous heart. His welcoming energy will make you feel right at home! My personal experience involved a cut and colour service carried out by a stylist charging senior rates, who nevertheless had to seek guidance from the owner regarding colour selection and application techniques. Regrettably, I left the salon with no discernible change to my appearance but a noticeable dent in my wallet. Throughout the appointment, there was a distinct lack of communication, creating an unwelcoming and elitist atmosphere that deterred me from expressing my dissatisfaction. Interestingly, my initial review for the salon awarded five stars following a stellar service by a former employee, who unfortunately departed on maternity leave and never returned. Mentioning this positive experience to Guy on a subsequent visit was met with indifference, as he dismissed the significance of reviews. How perspectives have shifted, Guy.

She has been taking care of my hair for the past few years and I have to say that it's always amazing!
