Had a delightful encounter with a charming gentleman at the St John’s hill, Clapham branch. He seemed to be of South American descent and possibly the manager. His warm demeanor made my visit quite pleasant.
I was relieved to have his assistance as another staff member appeared quite gloomy and unapproachable, which is not ideal for customer service.
The promotion of buy 3 and get 3 free left me overjoyed!
To top it off, I received a complimentary book, which I plan to enjoy with a cocktail on my terrace this evening.About

unfortunately my experience today in this salon was dreadful, the hairdresser there made me feel very upset, I understand that last Saturday I arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment. I wasn't able to cut my hair at that moment, I understood perfectly, they scheduled me for the afternoon, unfortunately I couldn't attend for personal reasons. yesterday I went there not to see if I could be attended to I was judged even though I apologized for not showing up the previous Saturday, I was scheduled for an appointment today at 12:00 my name was written in pencil unfortunately today I went there the hairdresser told me in a loud tone so that the whole room can hear saying that the appointment was missed yesterday at 3.30 pm when yesterday I clearly said that I couldn't I don't know why I was marked and my name is not CRB as it was there, my name was clearly erased made a scene still accused me of not being responsible for my notes that I had already missed about 3/4 times when it is not true. I was extremely shocked even when I explained it, they didn't want to hear me, it was dreadful. I would highly recommend this place as I was a regular customer but unfortunately from now on I won't do it again. the lady who does the eyebrows and waxing is very nice and respectful.
