I'm not one to leave feedback like this but I'm truly dismayed by the recent incident and the lack of apology or follow-up after I reached out via email to inform you of the situation.
A few weeks ago, I had my hair styled. The hairdresser completely butchered my hair to the extent that I had to seek further trimming elsewhere to balance it out, and the sides are now so short that I had to invest in extensions.
I had previously contacted the salon, and they simply suggested I return for an assessment. However, I feel uneasy about doing so, and that's where the communication ceased.
All the effort put into growing my hair was undone in a single appointment, and now I've had to incur additional expenses to rectify it and further costs for the extensions.About

I can’t recommend this lovely clinic enough. Sarah put me at ease from the start, very relaxed, friendly and professional. Sarah talked me through the procedure ensuring I was happy every step of the way. Her wealth of knowledge is outstanding, she gave me lots of really useful advice and tips. I felt so bright and energised afterwards and the next day my back pain which has been lingering for a while had completely gone and I haven’t had to take antihistamines since which is amazing and a totally unexpected bonus. I've had a couple of appts here now, for both manicure and pedicure. Both were excellent and of high standard. Lovely choice of colours, glitters and nail art, very reasonable prices and the nails lasted well. Olivia and Emma are both so lovely, and make a lovely coffee too. I've had lip blush and a lip blush top up now with Becky and I'm over the moon with the colour!
I initially came in with 2 shades of my beloved lippies and she matched perfectly to my daily one. Becky is so easy to bond with, we had a blast during the appointments! When I returned for my top up I asked Becky to do what she felt was best, stick with a similar hue or perhaps go a tad brighter as by now I trusted her judgment. I had no numbing cream during the top up, which truly showcases Becky's expertise in her craft. Adore my lip shade now they've healed, I feel much more assured on makeup-free days.
