Visited as a present voucher. Got gel nails. The nails didn’t look great after 10 mins one already dented just from shopping. And bottom of nail varnish not even. Also some nails were not even in colour with gaps of dots. See pic. They didn’t do the cuticles as said that’s not part of a manicure. The finish wasn’t great either. Then at the end charged £26 extra for gel and removal of nail varnish. So with voucher cost that is £60 ish! My initial visit was pleasant with a soothing massage, but the gel manicure I received from a person who appeared to be in a sour mood/impatient. This should have been a warning sign, yet I returned two weeks later for another gel manicure done by a different individual who was much more amiable, although lacking knowledge of prices or how to process my payment. Just two days later, my gel manicure started to peel, not even lasting until the beginning of the work week. I am reluctant to pay £45 for a manicure that peels off within 48 hours. Overall, my experience at this place has been disappointing. I rate it 3 stars for the massage, but I will not be returning.About

Do not let her innocent appearance fool you, for she possesses wisdom beyond her years and can immediately sense if you are not quite yourself. I visited for a Swedish massage and she intuitively picked up on my mood. Her massage technique was impeccable, knowing exactly where and how to apply pressure. I felt completely at ease, so much so that I spontaneously booked a gel pedicure with her, and I must say Jasmine's intuition and meticulous attention to detail are unmatched. She performed a fantastic pedicure and even offered me tea and snacks. Her warm and welcoming demeanour makes you feel right at home. Stan has been providing me with massages for years now, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He is exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive. Due to his extensive experience, he instinctively knows where to focus during each session. I have chronic neck, lower back, and glute injuries among other things, and regular massages from Stan have allowed me to be much more active with significantly less pain, giving me a more optimistic outlook on life. His massage technique must be one of the most comprehensive and exceptional in London, always offering sound advice. He also offers great value, and truly, I cannot recommend Stan's massages enough.

I had a simple manicure with shellac polish (no removal required) and unfortunately, the manicure was quite rough, resulting in three of my cuticles bleeding, with no acknowledgment of the issue.
I was charged £43 and was also asked for a tip, which surprised me as it had never been that expensive in my previous visits. In the city, they offer a service that includes polish removal, a manicure, and gel polish for £28 at a very convenient location.
