My visit to this salon was fantastic, particularly with the stylist named Hina who took care of my hair colour, cut, and blow dry. She delivered one of the best results I've ever had, and I've been getting my hair done for years. The colour is simply wonderful, and the haircut is exactly what I had in mind. I received a delightful treatment and enjoyed a nice cup of tea in a very relaxing environment. Hina provided excellent customer service and the off-peak prices were reasonable. I now regularly visit her as part of a plan they tailored for both my nails and massages.
The establishment exudes a calming atmosphere; when it's just me in the room, unwinding to music, I have a fantastic time. They prioritize client privacy and safety, especially during the ongoing pandemic.
I can't praise this place enough.

Regrettably, my experience at the salon was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had dyed my hair over a year ago and specifically requested a permanent dye service to match my natural dark brown hair colour as closely as possible. However, as evident in the photos I have attached, my roots turned out dark brown instead of the pitch black chosen by the stylist. Had the senior stylist taken a moment to properly assess my hair, they would have noticed that my natural hair is not as dark as the black dye used. There was a lack of thorough consultation before the dye application began - I assumed that requesting a match to my natural hair colour would be straightforward, especially with several inches of roots to reference, but I was not shown the colour being used or provided with any information. The entire process felt rushed and poorly executed. I am deeply disappointed as I had hoped to avoid a noticeable contrast between my natural hair and the dye as my hair grows out, which was the issue I was trying to address. Unfortunately, it seems I will be facing the same problem again. While the other staff members were delightful, I cannot overlook the fact that the senior stylist failed to deliver the desired outcome for my hair.About
