I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

I was truly impressed with Kate and the salon. It had been over 4 years since my last haircut, due to various personal issues and the pandemic. I had never been to Hobson & Holmes before, but a local beauty therapist friend recommended it. Kate was not only a skilled hairdresser but also a delightful individual. She has restored my confidence and I am overjoyed with my new look. Thank you, Kate. Best of luck for the future. 🍀
