Overcrowded, unclean, and worn out. Our visit for a spa day only lasted 20 minutes in the "spa." While the treatments were pleasant, it was evident that the staff were pressured to sell products rather than provide a relaxing experience. Even the café was dirty. I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

Had French Acrylic nails done today by Demi....absolutely fab and love them. A hidden gem of a beauty clinic. Wont go anywhere else and the girls are lovely. I was truly impressed with Kate and the salon. It had been over 4 years since my last haircut, due to various personal issues and the pandemic. I had never been to Hobson & Holmes before, but a local beauty therapist friend recommended it. Kate was not only a skilled hairdresser but also a delightful individual.
