The customer service experience here was abysmal, they may offer lower prices but it's for a reason. Visit the other salons in the area, even if they are slightly pricier, they value their clients. The nail technician, who claimed to be the manager, couldn't paint close to the root of my nail bed. When I asked her to fix it, she refused saying it was close enough. Upon closer inspection at home, I was upset with the result. When I called to request a redo, they dismissed me as being too picky. The photos clearly show the poor quality of work. The technician was rude on the phone, boasting about her 10+ years of experience and claiming I was the only dissatisfied customer, which I highly doubt. I clearly communicate the desired length (not too short), but he proceeds to trim it much shorter without confirming. The end result is a complete disaster. I had to resort to wearing a beanie hat.
