Rini skillfully incorporated my preferences (I'm quite particular!) into her own creative vision, resulting in the best hair I've had in ages. During my initial visit to this spa in early December for a "Classic Pedicure," the cost of Shellac nail polish removal and reapplication was included in the overall price (£50.00). On my return for a second appointment for the same treatment, I opted not to have polish reapplied, yet I was unexpectedly charged extra for the removal at the start of the session. Having had my nails done in various locations worldwide, I have never encountered a situation where polish removal was an additional cost during a pedicure.
