A truly dreadful experience - I left my appointment with my nails in ruins after requesting a Shellac removal and simple manicure. The technician, in an attempt to speed up the removal process, buffed my nails so vigorously that she left permanent marks. I departed with deep scratches on my nails that have now become incredibly sensitive. At one point, I informed her that she was causing me pain, but she continued to buff with annoyance. Despite my repeated attempts to convey my dissatisfaction, nothing changed.
