I utilise both the opticians and the hearing clinic here and the team on the ground are outstanding in every aspect, even when things don't go smoothly. The problem I face is that nobody ever picks up the phone at Boots. I have spent days attempting to speak to a person, the phones simply ring out with no answering service to even leave a message. After trying all morning without success, I now have to drive there and converse with them! So exasperating!

I had a wonderful time at Busaba. They have a soothing voice and gentle touch. All my tense muscles felt lighter afterwards. I even enjoyed a complimentary Thai tea. Overall, a delightful experience. The sheer greed displayed by some individuals in this industry is truly astounding.
