Visited Astrid and Miyu (Manchester) for a conch and helix piercing. I felt welcomed and relaxed. There are numerous beautiful pieces of jewelry to choose from at different price points. I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months. Reserved a night here in the adjacent hotel to utilise the Mandara spa facilities. The massages were exceptional by Rhiannon along with the delightful assortment of fruit, nuts, cookies, and teas in the relaxation area. Also relished using the exclusive lounge area where more food was already prepared for us to enjoy. The only thing we paid for all day was a bottle of wine as all the other food and drinks were included in our spa package, which was on a special offer at £129 for two people with four massages each and full use of the spa facilities, including pool, sauna, steam room, showers, and loungers. (Could really do with more loungers or chairs). The hotel itself is sizeable with eateries, a bar area, and live music with ample seating. I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

I underwent this treatment without knowing what to expect and was amazed by how beneficial it was and how much better I felt afterwards. The trainee therapists were highly knowledgeable in their field and were acquiring additional skills, enabling them to share a wealth of information on why scars can cause various sensations. The treatment was overseen by a very experienced therapist who ensured that the approach was tailored to each individual.
Despite being in a group setting with others receiving treatment nearby, I felt secure and my treatment felt very personalised.

Had a luxurious one hour VIP experience with Christia. Incredibly professional - we engaged in a thorough discussion about my current skincare regimen and any medical concerns given this being my facial with SDL.
The treatment itself was absolutely fantastic. I had been using a few SDL products for a couple of months leading up to the treatment - the serum and moisturiser - and I've noticed a significant improvement in the brightness and hydration of my skin.
While the one hour session was undeniably relaxing, my main focus is on achieving results, and this treatment definitely delivers.
