AVOID ELLIE FOR YOUR HAIR! STAFF FILMED MY FAMILY! Overcharged for olaplex and toner (£32 extra) without consent, she added it without informing me and didn’t confirm if I wanted it, also a £10 deposit was taken for the BALAYAGE. I specifically requested a balayage priced at £68 on her list and ended up paying a total of £100. I'm 16 years old and she swindled me out of £42, APPALLING behavior, she even walked away when I confronted her about the THEFT. Moreover, she didn't even style my hair properly. I showed her an ashy picture and she only used a few foils and imposed additional charges. Absolutely fantastic service! Charlie & Sam both provided a stellar experience for my son's prom. Lashes, nails, tan, make-up...... all tailored to his specific requests. Prom package is superb value & my son loved how inviting the treehouse is. Their service is impeccable and no issues with scheduling appointments etc.... as Charlie provided me with regular reminders and updates of the timetable. Can't thank you ladies enough for bringing a radiant smile to Alex's face! Thank you.
