Today, my daughter-in-law went in for a haircut where the stylist kept making derogatory remarks about her hair and ended up cutting it too short and unevenly. This left my daughter-in-law feeling very self-conscious. When she voiced her concerns over the phone, she was instructed to return so they could assess the situation. Upon her arrival, she was accused of lying, and all they did was straighten her hair, further exacerbating her distress with their comments. I would not recommend this establishment as they have a tendency to undermine people's self-esteem with their unprofessional conduct. I hesitated to give a star rating, but it is necessary for me to post this so you can respond - I am well aware that her account is not false, as once again, she was labeled a liar. I thoroughly enjoy going to Alex for my lashes, the ambiance is so calming I sometimes doze off while getting them done, the lashes are so comfortable and do not disrupt or harm my natural lashes at all..would wholeheartedly recommend Alex. I’ve visited this place about four times now for eyebrow waxing, dermaplaning, hair and makeup. Absolutely adore it. They’re incredibly welcoming and the venue is stunning. They’ve renovated it really well and it’s lovely and bright! All the team are extremely friendly and it’s evident they know their stuff. Really competitive pricing for the area. Parking available outside. They’re also very accommodating as I know they offer a lot of evening appointments. They also have fantastic social media so you can keep up to date on the latest offers and availability.
