I visited the salon based on good reviews, but as seen in the photos, the details don't match. Paid for removal of previous work, not done completely. Resulting ripples affect the expected outcome of the BIAB service. Moreover, was told the previous product was bad for nails, so why wasn't it fully removed? Paying £64 for such work isn't worth it.
