The prices are reasonable, and the staff definitely know their stuff. However, I won't be back because I often feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. I've had to repeatedly point out that the wax was too hot, only to be dismissed with excuses like 'your skin is cold'. They rushed through the process without taking care to ensure the wax wasn't scalding my skin. On top of that, I was rudely told I should consider treatments for cellulite and spider veins - completely inappropriate. Booking through Treatwell seems to create tension, and the overall experience is soured by this. While I understand the challenges small businesses face with platforms like Treatwell, the quality of service is overshadowed by these negative interactions.
