The director is a traitor, who enjoys discriminating against Caucasians. Never had an issue entering a store and exiting due to lack of desired items, yet around 20:20 today when leaving the shop the director triggered the alarm and then repeatedly questioned me about my pockets, despite demonstrating by walking back through that it wasn't me causing the alarm. Disgusting accusations ensued, not conduct fitting of any M & S, let alone any other retail outlet. Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. On this particular day, a male staff member was managing the reception area. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait, which I did for over 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses and was made to wait even longer. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I decided to leave. The male staff member with glasses seemed unwelcoming and ill-prepared for his role. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits when a female staff member ran the place with friendliness and professionalism. Upon returning the next day, my daughter was unfairly blamed for the salon's mistakes, leading to her leaving in tears. It is essential for parents to accompany their children to prevent potential issues and emotional distress, as the staff lack proper background checks.About

My experience with laser removal treatment was a mix. Initially, it was positive with great staff. However, there was a lot of turnover, leaving only one person, who I think was the manager. She was quite unprofessional, and the service declined when she started doing the treatments. I was relieved when it was over. The results were decent, but I attribute that mostly to the original staff who left. It's a pity because the clinic and facilities are good. I would not recommend going there now.About
