The nail technician who attended to me appeared rushed (even though it wasn't busy or close to closing time), did a sloppy job, and when I requested a touch-up, she replied, "you can fix it at home with water." I visit a nail salon for a reason - to receive a professional service. Furthermore, I was charged £50 when the website states £46. Normally, I don't mind paying more for quality service and friendliness, and I used to be a regular customer here every two to three weeks. However, after today's experience, I doubt I'll be returning.
